Cancellations
Cancellations are only allowed before order ships. Custom or special orders are not cancelable. Customers who place custom or special orders will be notified via e-mail before the order and payment is accepted. Once the notification is acknowledged, the order can't be cancelled.

Returns
Returns are not allowed for any reason.
